Load
Balancer - Why is the ENTERPRISE R16 restricted?
The R16 is restricted to
4 virtual servers and 4
real servers in order to give us a competitive price point with vendors
who use cheaper hardware. The software restriction can be easily lifted
on the purchase of a license key. The cost is simply the difference in
purchase price between the R16 and the unrestricted ENTERPRISE.
Why do I need 3 load
balancers?
It's better to have a
Development or Hot Spare on site than it is to trust a service
contract. In fact a lot of companies buy 5 Load Balancers!
